Processing Time All Mountain Muse pieces are handcrafted and made with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after the shipment has been made.

Fragile Items Every piece is carefully packed with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can make it right.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be available in the future — sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.

Lost or Stolen Packages Mountain Muse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you have concerns, please contact your local carrier or reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
